We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Data Delivery - Analytics

In this role, you will:

• Produce analytical / data asset prototypes and work with stakeholders to define requirements, definitions, and objectives.
• Supporting the design and development of data assets, including data analysis and transformation logic.
• Applying advanced analytics to portfolio data, especially in data remediation and improving data quality, completeness, and consistency.
• Applying business and data design principles, risk management, and technology architecture when interacting with delivery partners.
• Proactively managing the transition of data assets to production state and ensuring effective embedment.
• The candidate is expected to perform basic data ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) tasks – starting with extraction of data from the source systems, cleaning it, handling exceptions and finally prepare them to feed into various systems/tools depending on the projects/PODs/delivery channels.
• Testing and validation of data models/data tables/data assets
• The role also requires the person to understand the data thoroughly and draw business insights which needs to be shared with various business stakeholders for informed decision making/process improvement.

To be successful you will:

• Python, SQL, SAS, Excel, Pyspark exposure is mandatory.
• Exposure to Bigdata and Hadoop data lake is a big plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, AWS is a big plus
• Expertise in visualization tools like Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI is good to have
• Knowledge about BFSI domain is good to have
• Prior project management experience with knowledge of Agile methodology and exposure to project management tools like Jira, Confluence, GITHUB is a plus
• 4+ years of hands-on analytics experience + Independent project management (self)
• Should be a subject matter expert with a strong understanding of Credit and Lending processes with 3+ years of experience.
• Expertise in data management, analytics, and a knowledge of large company structures, values, and processes.
