We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Manager - Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence

In this role, you will:

• Conduct research and develop advanced machine learning and deep learning models tailored to specific problem statements.
• Enhance existing models through feature engineering, rigorous validation, optimizing systems and processes.
• Design and execute analytical experiments across contact center data (Audio, text and structured data), leveraging robust methodologies to address complex challenges.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis, including data cleaning, validation, and error assessment, to enhance model performance and accuracy.
• Apply expert knowledge of AI architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, and Large Language Models (LLMs) in solution development.
• Optimize and maintain production-grade ML and deep learning models, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and success metrics.
• Deliver end-to-end analytical solutions using tools and languages including SQL, NoSQL, and Python, supporting operational objectives.
• Utilize prompt engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques with LLMs to drive innovation and business value.

To be successful, you will:

• 2–5 years’ experience in data science, delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Advanced degree (M.Tech, Master’s, or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proven track record in executing data science projects, specializing in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with expertise in writing production-quality code and optimizing scripts for scalability.
• In-depth understanding of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms; practical experience with supervised, adversarial, and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, engaging with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Gen-AI (e.g., RAG, Prompt Engineering, LangChain), GCP native tools (BigQuery, GCS), and familiarity with version control (git); GCP certification (PDE/GCA) is advantageous.
