We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - AM Client Platforms - Client Business CoE
In this role, you will be:
- Responsible for training and supporting new and existing users on the business processes and functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management(CRM). Also, open to learning other Client Platforms to be involved in the broader team’s deliverables and responsibilities
- Enable new Releases by helping requirements elicitation, drafting user stories, and participating in User Acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new functionalities are relevant for Client Business.
- Undertake measures for monitoring the quality and completeness of the data being captured, re-training users where required and contribute to improving the data quality.
- Take measures to provide bespoke data analytics and MIs to help get data driven insights into the business problems.
- Responsible for supporting users with functional queries on how to perform certain actions in these tools.
- Responsible for supporting users in interpreting information on the different tools/reports/dashboards.
- Responsible for supporting users with data update requests that they are not able to perform themselves.
To be successful, you will:
- Proven knowledge of managing / supporting Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM). or any other prominent Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM). system for a Global Asset Management firm.
- Excellent Support skills to help users manage their data in Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM). effectively.
- Comfortable being able to manipulate large data sets and updating the data into the systems supported.
- A good understanding of the Asset Management business. Specifically, the business processes within Sales, Client Management/Service and Marketing; with a bend towards the Asset Management’s Institutional and Wholesale Business Client data.
- Proactive, positive attitude, flexible, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Stakeholder management is a critical attribute, the ability to work as a team player in a cross functional environment is must.
