We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Data and Analytics
In this role, you will:
- Being part of the IWPB Fraud & Mule analytics team the candidate needs to deliver and deploy suit of capabilities in Money Mule space across markets by designing money Mule risk typologies across Customer life-cycle stages (Onboarding, Early Stage, Portfolio) by building Anomaly detection models ,rules and graph network solutions
- The candidate needs to work closely with multiple stakeholders and teams to drive the solutions to implementation.
- The candidate should exhibit proven expertise in using statistical / ML algorithms for solving diverse business challenges and creating significant business value
- Prior experience in building Machine Learning models and exposure to cloud analytics platform such as GCP, AWS Redshift , Azure etc. are required
- Prior hands-on experience in Banking domain and Fraud/Financial Crime tools and platforms will be preferred
- Champion adoption of ML Ops practices, including automated model deployment, version control, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and model performance monitoring.
To be successful, you will:
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience applying statistical methods and/or machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or engineering discipline from a reputed university; financial services or banking operations knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in programming tools such as Python, pyspark, BigQuery, SQL or SAS
- Demonstrated expertise in building statistical and machine learning models that drive business value. Also knowledge around graph network solutions is a plus.
- Strong business problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights
- Experience with ML Ops practices and/or cloud engineering, including deployment and operationalization of models on platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Exposure to cloud analytics platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS Redshift, Azure) is advantageous.
- Proactive in identifying and developing new data use cases, tools, and staying abreast of industry trends
