We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Operational Resilience
In this role, you will:
- Take measures to support the Business Service Owners to refresh the Important Business Service artefacts on annual cycle or by trigger events (example post-incident review, significant business changes, new regulatory requirements)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders like Process Owner, Third Party Engagement Manger, Information Technology Service Owner, global mapping team) to ensure the artefacts are up to date.
- Monitor and track the remediation plan of Business Vulnerabilities and Technology Vulnerabilities.
- Devise delivery strategy in coordinating Scenario Testing the Scenario Testing with Business Continuity and Incident Management team and key stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring all artefacts are observed to global Operating Instructions and procedures, also to make sure the data quality
- Prepare meeting materials for the Governance Meeting, coordinate inputs from stakeholders, and arrange pre-meetings with Business and Operations teams for material incidents.
- Address and follow up on queries and challenges from the Second Line of Defence.Contribute to the global landscape of Operational Resilience programme activities, ensuring alignment with broader objectives.
To be successful you will:
- University graduate bachelor's degree.
- Possess working experience from a banking/financial institution, familiar with HSBC products and business services.
- 5-9 years of experience in liaising with internal/external business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good knowledge in Operational Resilience or have a strong interest and ability to learn fast.
- Ability to work agile and experience in project management with good deliverables.
- Experience incident management / Third Party management / Business Continuity Management would be an advantage good stakeholder management
