We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Data Management Support 

In this role, you will:

• Take a proactive, detail-oriented approach to data management, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Leverage your investment management and data management expertise to solve complex, unanticipated problems.
• Ensure seamless Data Ingestion, Data Quality, and Data Support across various platforms.
• Apply a thorough understanding of investment management data sets, including transactions, holdings, instruments, accounts, and funds.
• Utilize technical skills such as SQL for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Assess the broader impact of solutions and projects on business performance.
• Demonstrate functional knowledge of the investment management trade lifecycle, especially from a front-office perspective. Experience with corporate actions, investment restrictions (including sanctions), and order management systems (Bloomberg AIM preferred) is advantageous.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including fund managers, analysts, and production support staff, ensuring their data needs are understood and met.

To be successful you will:

• Getting into the details of data issues, trouble shooting and remediating to restore normalcy. Proficiency in SQL is essential
• Strong and effective communication both verbal and written with data vendor partners

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in asset/investment management roles, with at least 3+ years in Investment Operations (e.g., Trade data, Securities Data Exceptions Management, Benchmark data, ESG data, etc.).
• Strong technical expertise in data management and data quality, including front-office tools and systems (OMS, decision support tools, databases).
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC, Morningstar and data repositories like Bloomberg POLARLAKE is advantageous
• Knowledge of no-code/low code tools or Business Intelligence tools would be an advantage
