We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.
In this role, you will:
- End-to-end analysis and delivery shaping- Lead initiatives, requirements definition, and the functional delivery lifecycle from initiation through development, testing, implementation and post-implementation; Ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes and end-to-end client value.
- Portfolio oversight and prioritization- Oversee a pipeline of initiatives, ensuring all work is captured, managed and reported in relevant systems; Drive prioritisation and sequencing with senior stakeholders.
- Programme leadership-Lead analysis and delivery support for complex, high-risk, cross-functional and cross-product programmes using relevant methodology; Anticipate and manage cross-team dependencies, delivery risks and constraints; Drive timely decisions and unblock progress.
- Governance, risk and control leadership- Set expectations and assure alignment to Change Management and Risk Frameworks; Escalate issues and drive timely resolution; Identify dependencies, risks and delivery impacts, escalating to senior management where appropriate.
- Client onboarding and channel/product enablement-Lead tracking and delivery of client onboarding to existing and new channels/products.;Ensure dependencies are managed and end-to-end solutions are delivered.
- Stakeholder leadership-Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business sponsors; Influence decisions, manage trade-offs and secure alignment across teams.
- Continuous improvement ownership-Drive continuous improvement of the platform and wider change approach;Identify and embed best practice internally and externally.
- Subject-matter expertise-Act as a go-to specialist, setting standards, advising stakeholders and solving ambiguous problems;Support senior stakeholder, client and product-related enquiries.
- Knowledge leadership and coaching-Lead knowledge sharing across wider GPD teams where applicable;Coach/mentor others to raise overall capability.
- Management of Risk- The role holder is responsible for ensuring analysis outputs align to relevant Change Management and Risk Frameworks. The individual will maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation, support issue tracking and remediation activities, and identify dependencies, risks and delivery impacts, escalating appropriately to mitigate risk to deliverables.
- Observation of Internal Controls- The role holder must observe internal controls by maintaining accurate records, supporting governance processes, keeping documentation audit-ready, and ensuring actions, decisions, risks and issues are appropriately tracked and escalated in line with Group standards and control requirements.

- Fund accounting / funds administration knowledge within an asset management, custody, or fund services environment;Demonstrable understanding of the NAV lifecycle and key operational processes: pricing, corporate actions, income, expenses/accruals, FX, fees, and NAV validation/sign-off.
- Derivatives lifecycle accounting knowledge across OTC and/or listed derivatives (e.g., swaps, options, futures, forwards), including key lifecycle events and their accounting/NAV impacts such as trade capture, resets, cashflows, premiums, variation margin, settlements, expiries/terminations, and corporate action impacts where applicable.
- Experience with reconciliations and exception management (cash, positions, holdings, NAV, price), including root-cause analysis and remediation tracking; Familiarity with pricing and valuation governance (price sourcing, tolerances, stale prices, fair value processes) and operational risk implications.
- Experience working with custodians, fund administrators, transfer agents, and valuation/pricing vendors, including requirements definition for SLAs, data feeds, and controls; Experience with Multifonds is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of other fund accounting / investment operations platforms is advantageous (e.g., SimCorp Dimension, Aladdin, Geneva, Eagle, HiPortfolio, or equivalent);Familiarity with market data and messaging/integration tooling (e.g., Bloomberg, SWIFT, vendor feeds/APIs), and reconciliation/workflow tooling.
