We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Investment Operations Discretionary Portfolio Management

In this role, you will be:

• Investment Operation Support is responsible for all business-as-usual operational activities to support the business proposition and services.
• Trade Support helps the Fund Manager areas when they have queries concerning: Corporate Actions, Payments, Fees, Fund Administration, HSS Middle & Back Office functions, trade queries and reconciliation issues.
• Assist with account transitions requirements (Account openings, transfers, in-specie, Fund realignments, etc.) with all internal/external service providers.
• Ensure the level of service is appropriate to always satisfy the Fund Management requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and enhancement in process and service delivery capabilities.
• Introduce new processes and controls as appropriate to growth of the business.
• Provide oversight and support to our external service providers.

• Provision of highest quality service levels to front office functions ensuring regulatory and internal audit standards always achieved.

• Demonstrate core behaviors and values including teamwork, focus, drive and determination.

To be successful you will be:

• 5 to 14 years experience with any graduation
• Requires broad knowledge of Asset Management business, as well as an excellent operations understanding and experience.
• Good communications skills and relationship building, able to work effectively internally and externally with all levels.
• Good understanding and knowledge of technology and process management with proven ability to deliver high levels of service to the business and effect solutions for clients.
• General understanding of the characteristics and dynamics of the business and its full product suite.
• Good understanding of the operating models for Funds and Institutional business.
