We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Internal Third Party Remediation Contractor (FTC Role for 1 Year)

 

In this role, you will be:

  • Coordinate and oversee internal third -party arrangements supporting the Asset Management Business across all entities, ensuring alignment with the internal outsourcing policies.
  • Engage and liaise regularly with Service Recipient Owners and their delegates to drive timely completion of key deliverables and compliance tasks.
  • Facilitate outsourcing determination assessments and materiality assessments for the internal third party delivery services in collaboration with business and control teams.
  • Drive closure of outstanding third party risk management tasks such as Contractual Service levels(CSL) and key performance indicator (KPI) mapping, documentation updates, issue remediation and controls.
  • Act as the liaison between internal third-party service providers and service recipients to identify and resolve the disconnects in inter- group service agreements (IGSA) breaks.
  • Create & Publish reports to both the service providers and service recipients providing clear view of outstanding actions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to offer necessary guidance and support ensuring alignment with the internal third-party governance requirements and timely closure of tasks.
  • Track and maintain records for the progress of key internal third-party governance activities.
  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive dashboard to provide senior management with clear visibility into the internal third-party services landscapes, including status, outstanding actions and positioning against key parameters (e.g. materiality assessments, outsourcing determination, key performance indicator (KPI) mapping, inter- group service agreements (IGSA) breaks etc).

 

To be successful you will be:

  • Possess good knowledge on ServCo Systems & Qlik Sense Dashboards.
  • Ability to work across the complex geographic and functional teams to maintain and embed a healthy culture of compliance with Third Party Risk, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Asset Management domain is essential along with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Good understanding of Operational and Resilience Risk with working knowledge of Third-Party Risk Assessments along with Incident and Issue management. Identify and develop robust solutions to mitigate the risks identified
  • Deadline oriented multi-tasker with strong & effective communication skill, presentation skill and data handling ability.
  • Post graduation with 9 to 15 years experience is preferred.
