We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Global Banking - Relationship Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Work on client strategic reviews for priority clients, which include discussions with different product partners to prepare follow-ups and achieve the client plan
  • Work with relationship managers (RMs) to create pitch decks for client meetings, one-pagers, and tailored content for specific sectors
  • Work on deals by understanding client needs, running internal deal profitability tools as required, and coordinating with internal teams such as credit, risk, onboarding etc for deal execution
  • Prepare client portfolio analyses focused on returns against plan, with breakdowns by products, regions, and sectors to provide insights for senior management
  • Negotiate client documents such as NDAs, ISDAs, GMRAs, and others by coordinating with internal teams such as legal, treasury, and risk
  • Undertake thought leadership projects by working on client-relevant themes and preparing pitch books to help RMs originate business
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of data concepts like data quality, basic statistics/visualization and AI concepts with the ability to use approved tools to support day-to-day work
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.

To be successful you will:

  • Exceptionally qualified MBAs and CAs with Big 4 (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) experience
  • Ability to establish rapport with team members and product partners
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to succeed within a matrix management structure and build and maintain global team relationships
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good at multitasking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated; strong work ethic; thrives under pressure, confident, team player
