We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Fund Administration Processor
In this role, you will:
- Continuously deliver within the specified time limit with minimum or no errors. The individual will have to complete all the activities of the assigned funds within the set time limit and ensure that the fund is delivered to the stakeholders within the PLA.
- The working environment is professional, and the incoming individual will have to meet the work-related challenges with zeal and professionalism. To ensure that individuals can perform at the desired level, there will be process training & necessary guidance provide by the Line Manager on an ongoing basis.
- Role will be of individual contributor nature and will not have team reporting to the role.
- The role will operate within the orbit of the Investment Operations/ German FA’s strategic plan. The jobholder will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
- This will be achieved by ensuring all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring. Also, by addressing any areas of concern in conjunction with line management and/or the appropriate department.
- The jobholder will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.
To be successful you will:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other qualifications relevant to the accounting/finance industry.
- 0-2 years of relevant/accounting work experience.
- Good knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial instruments. Basic knowledge in accounting principles and fundamentals of Accounting.
- Proficiency in one or more accounting platforms – ICON, SimCorp Dimension, TLM, Vortex.
- Proficiency in EXCEL essential.
- Ability to Speak and understand English. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Organized and detail oriented.
