We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Executive Assistant – Transformation.
In this role, you will:
- Organising complex schedules, co-ordinating activities, resources, meetings, services, manage internal and liaise with internal/external stakeholders and service providers.
- Document management, including disseminating information and filing/organising.
- Supporting administration: drafting reports and documents.
- Operating across more than just their geographic location, depending on the diary of their Head, and providing managerial support to complex administration tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area.
- This role can support/manage other EA/PA team members where appropriate.

To be successful, you will:
- Works collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and seniority within and across the organization.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered.
- Confidently build networks, managing internal/external relationships within the local and wider Wholesale Credit & Lending business community.
- Good influencing skills and ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage the unexpected as well as anticipate issues or events so that success can still be achieved, with or without support.
- Self-awareness with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own development.
- Experience in using relevant software packages, i.e. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in building and managing internal/external relationships.
- Builds networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
