We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Management Support Associate

In this role, you will be:

• Ensure accurate, seamless data ingestion, quality and support across Asset Management platforms.
• Manage investment datasets covering transactions, holdings, instruments, accounts, funds and reference data.
• Lead the onboarding, modelling, validation and maintenance of Alternatives data across source and target systems.
• Support data management for Private Credit, Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital and other illiquid assets.
• Perform reconciliations, data-quality monitoring, exception management, lifecycle-event processing and business-as-usual support.
• Use SQL to analyse and reconcile datasets, identify issues and support timely resolution.
• Support SIT and UAT, account events, investment restrictions, regulatory data and order-management processes, including Bloomberg AIM where relevant.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage competing workstreams, collaborate effectively and define success measures for strategic initiatives while maintaining high standards of accuracy and completeness.

To be successful you will be:

• 3+ years’ experience in asset or investment management, ideally with 2+ years in Investment or Alternatives Operations.
• Strong expertise in Alternatives data operations, including reconciliations, exception management, fund data and securities data.
• Comprehensive understanding of investment data and processes, including transactions, holdings, instruments, accounts, funds, valuations and reference data.
• Practical knowledge of the end-to-end investment trade lifecycle and front-office systems, including order management and decision-support tools.
• Advanced analytical, numerical and SQL skills, with the ability to investigate, interpret and reconcile complex datasets.
• Experience supporting data platforms, repositories, SIT and UAT; familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC, Allvue and Bloomberg AIM is advantageous.
• Strong risk, control and governance awareness, including audit support, procedure adherence, record keeping and timely remediation of control or regulatory issues.
• Proactive, detail-focused and collaborative, with strong stakeholder-management skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and a commitment to knowledge sharing and excellent service.
