We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Management Support Analyst
In this role, you will be:
- Provide seamless data ingestion, data quality controls, and data support across Asset Management Group platforms to ensure business as usual delivery for dealing, reporting, and analytics.
- Monitor, measure, and remediate data quality issues across core investment management data sets, including transactions, holdings, instruments or securities, accounts, and funds.
- Use Structured Query Language to analyse data, perform reconciliations, investigate breaks, and drive issues through to resolution.
- Support front office data requirements across the end to end trade life cycle, including order management system data flows such as subscriptions, redemptions, and static data updates.
- Manage data impacts from corporate action events, including dividend payments, stock splits, and mergers, and support related exception management and controls.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders such as fund managers, analysts, operations teams, and production support, ensuring data solutions meet business needs.
- Manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and operate flexibly as an individual contributor and, where required, as a people manager.
- Maintain strong governance by ensuring accuracy and completeness in outputs, following procedures, keeping appropriate records, and supporting internal controls, audits, and regulatory actions.
To be successful you will be:
- Have one to four years of relevant experience in asset management, investment management, investment operations, data management, or data quality roles.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of investment management data sets, including transactions, holdings, instruments or securities, accounts, and funds.
- Have strong Structured Query Language skills and the ability to perform reconciliations, root cause analysis, and clear issue documentation.
- Show effective stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with regional teams and supporting system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Work collaboratively to deliver excellent service, promote knowledge sharing, and take ownership to deliver outcomes at pace.
