We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Analyst.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Use a range of data tools including Structured Query language (SQL) and python on Hadoop and Google cloud Platform (GCP) environments) to perform analysis/analytics tasks on a broad range of dataset to yield insight which informs design of business and technical processes and data assets.
  • Demonstrate traceability of functional and non-functional requirements and solution design.
  • Create analysis of data-driven product functionality.
  • Manages and provides domain expertise to support design development activities, e.g. reviewing technical documentation and working with data and technical specialists from stakeholder teams to design their capabilities (including models and business processes)
  • Manages and helps prepare for Design Authorities and other forums and works with the development team to ensure challenges raised are addressed.
  • Works with the Product Owner to manage, define and track performance measures. Supports and guides the Product Owner to create/evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog.
  • Drive the Agile Team performance and outcome metrics as required, building and using their expertise in Agile.

 

To be successful you will:

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience with minimum graduation
  • Broad understanding of portfolio of design projects.
  • Broad understanding of technical tools may be required dependent on the scope of the Agile Team.
  • Provides extended expertise in process and is considered an authority on data and how to use it to further the Value Stream business objectives.
  • Broad understanding of risk exposure to the bank and helping senior colleagues manage it.
  • Assures delivery through the entire life cycle of the project of user requirements through to live.
  • Drives measurable continuous improvement into all delivery environments across all disciplines.
  • Ensuring team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
