We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Performance Manager.
In this role, you will:
- The purpose of the Business Manager role is to provide expertise, strategic support and assistance in providing business performance, operational efficiency and value-added advice and services. Financial Control - Customer Charges, direct cost, forecasting, accruals, invoicing, and Purchase Orders
- Take measures to maintain transparency, monitoring (e.g., monthly dashboard) and reporting progress against plans, quality & costs.
- Prepare and follow up on action items from global and regional program calls. Market data cost analysis and support
- Participate in and contribute to the designing of reporting decks and ongoing production ownership for quantitative MI.
- Resource Management – including headcount tracking, reporting, Org design, and analysis.
- Travel & Entertainment analysis, preparation and production of useful MI and analysis to enable early warning of issues so decisions can be made.

To be successful, you will:
- Manage the operating rhythm of the commercial & industrial managers and ensure that it is optimally managed, benefit quantification and project Closure. Convert an idea into a project post cost-benefit analysis
- Follow Change & Innovation team’s Initial Request process, and ensure all necessary approvals are secured on time. Identify project replication and quick-kill change opportunities.
- Follow agreed project management methodology and governance
- Manage a robust governance plan, and have regular engagement with Change Partner, other project members and all relevant stakeholders, Plan for and mitigate risks. Identify early signs of risk, communicate timely, and take steps to address the risk
- Communicate to all stakeholders of any change to project plan
- Strong understanding of analyzing and interpreting data, using metrics to inform decisions and measure quality and productivity.
- Track record of working with others to design, deliver or sustain Change Programs within the Business, ability to understand core market intelligence and have attention to detail.
