We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Manager Support
In this role, you will:
- Maintain trackers, databases and management reporting, with strong attention to detail and ability to identify risks, trends and key issues
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, conflicting priorities and stakeholders while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Manage and prioritize incidents, bugs, minor enhancements and change requests, ensuring appropriate tracking, escalation and resolution
- Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables, follow up on actions and ensure timely completion, even under challenging timelines. Ability to identify and automate, standardize and transform existing processes
- Effectively coordinate with senior stakeholders, Business Management, Operations, Technology, Finance and other functions to drive outcomes
- Be adept in preparing dashboards including Net New Money (NNM) reporting and Non-Financial Priorities tracking, delivering actionable insights on inflows, performance trends and early risk signals to senior leadership
- Proactively identify risks, blockers and delays and escalate appropriately to minimize business impact
- Establish governance, reducing recurring system issues through proactive incident trend analysis and structured remediation workflows
- Cross-functional and intra-team collaboration - Collaborate & support colleagues within team and outside team wherever required, provide timely feedback on new and better ways of doing things, sharing ideas and best practices with the team
To be successful you will:
- Strong background in financial services. Having prior experience in a global banking environment would be an added advantage
- Strong educational background with master’s or bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience, preferably in Finance and Business Management, Management reporting, Workforce planning and project Management
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of advanced excel would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Qlik Sense, Avaloq, JIRA, Agile would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and prompt engineering preferred
- Knowledge of planning and reporting tools like Anaplan and table manager 1 preferred
