We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Manager Support

In this role, you will:

  • Track, monitor monthly dashboards, report progress against plans, quality & costs
  • Record, track, monitor and follow up on action items from global and regional program calls
  • Provide critical input for design of reporting decks and ongoing production ownership for quantitative management information
  • Responsible to ensure adequate resource management – including headcount tracking, reporting, organisational design, and analysis
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process Improvement & efficiency
  • Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and publishing reports to enable early warning of issues for appropriate decision making.
  • Provide support in helping to run the operations, ad hoc requests and analysis as required
  • Work collaboratively & professionally with all business and functional Stakeholders, internal & external product providers & manufacturers
  • Demonstrate leadership and assist in driving compliance as well as efficient work culture across all regions
  • Maintain positive working relationships, share ideas and build rapport with colleagues

To be successful you will:

  • In-depth understanding of operational processes/procedures and systems needed to support global private banking complex product and services
  • Proficient in multi-tasking and engaging with different internal and external stakeholders, locally and internationally.
  • Educated to graduate level with 7-12 years of experience
  • Strong Excel (particularly large data sets / modelling) and report production
  • Prior business management & experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines
  • Stakeholder management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
  • Experience within financial services, financial planning and analysis
  • Analytical analysis, data mining and scenario modelling experience
