We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst - Securities Services
In this role, you will:
- Business Analyst (GCB6) role within Funds & Trustee Services in Securities Services (SSv), supporting product development and delivery across the Funds and Trustee value stream.
- Sits within Global Product Delivery, enabling solutioning, implementation and rollout of new features, releases and system migrations aligned to SSv strategy.
- Delivers high-quality business analysis and change for platform initiatives, shaping solutions that create measurable business outcomes and client value.
- Brings middle office transaction management knowledge across trade capture/processing, settlement and lifecycle management for Fixed Income, FX, Listed Derivatives and Equities.
- Demonstrates OTC derivatives expertise (structures, lifecycle events, trade economics, valuation drivers, and risks).
- Understands trade lifecycle operations including reconciliation, corporate actions, and collateral/margin concepts (CSA terms, margin calls, cleared vs bilateral).
- Works effectively with industry counterparties (custodians, fund administrators, brokers, valuation agents, trading platforms); tools knowledge (e.g., Bloomberg, SWIFT, Avaloq, Murex) is a plus.
- Elicits, documents and manages requirements end-to-end, producing traceable outputs (user stories/requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria) aligned to client journeys.
- Supports delivery tracking and prioritisation, contributes to cross-functional programmes, and identifies/escalates dependencies, risks and delivery impacts to maintain momentum.
- Ensures strong governance, risk and internal controls: alignment to Change Management/Risk Frameworks, audit-ready documentation, issue tracking/remediation, effective stakeholder management, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
