We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst

In this role, you will be:

• Business Analyst is required articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful and structured way to suit audience.
• They often act as an expert across multiple projects or programmes simultaneously, owning capability and guiding the teams on their requirements gathering, design, change or implementation approach.   
• The jobholder will not be subject to close supervision and will be expected to exercise independent initiative and judgement in proactively overcoming obstacles to success, dealing with uncertainty and changing circumstances.
• He / She will be expected to adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct.

To be successful you will be:

• Previous experience in leading BA activities for large scale business transformation programs that have diverse, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong experience in analyzing digital chat journeys across mobile and web, including chatbot and voicebot implementations using AI/GenAI.
• Expert in change methodologies including but not limited to customer experience, digital transformation, Design-led change, including significant experience in Agile roles.

• 9+ years of experience in business analysis and most recent experience preferably in the banking and financial domain.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and design thinking skills with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
• Practical working knowledge of scaled agile. Expert in tools such as JIRA, Confluence & MS Project
