We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate,  Middle Office

Principal responsibilities

• MO team is responsible for managing the risk mitigants throughout its lifetime by coordinating with various teams across the regions within the bank which are executed by Execution team. 

• Efficiently service all the transactions or the risk mitigants throughout the lifetime of it either by calculating the interest payment to the investors and RWA relief gained every month which is used for reporting purposes 

• By providing the payment instruction to the corresponding team for either a transaction arising of SRT or NPI or URP. 

• Co-ordination of due-diligence.

• Managing and mitigating operational risks in their day to day operations.

• In executing these responsibilities, the Group has adopted risk management and internal control structure referred to as the 'Three Lines of Defence'.

• The jobholder should ensure they understand their position within the Three Lines of Defence, and act accordingly in line with operational risk policy, escalating in a timely manner where they are unsure of actions required

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Banking/Structured Finance, Markets background or Credit Portfolio Management experience. Strong quantitative skills, ability to work on complex excel files and build financial models. Knowledge on Risk Participation products and insurance products to help to distribute the credit risk.
