We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Assistant Vice President - Wholesale Business Client support Lead- Client Business 

In this role, you will:

  • The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Client Business Centre of Excellence Office in Asset Management
  • Coordination and ownership of Sales and  Service support processes for the Wholesale distribution channel within Asset Management
  • The role holder will be responsible to oversee the production and distribution of client reports and investment review meeting materials to support wholesale sales and client service team
  • The role holder will be responsible for oversight of setting up and maintaining Client records  and supporting bespoke client servicing requests and business acceptance processes
  • The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the setup of Transfer Agent  account and all the fund queries
  • Assist the onshore team in completion legal arrangements i.e. Distribution Agreements / Rebates
  • Contribute proactively to the overall sales process, growth strategy and client contact strategy and build strong relationships with Front office, Product and Marketing teams

To be successful you will:

  • Analytical and Critical reasoning Skills - proven interpretation and pre-emptive evaluation of information
  • Ability to distil complex and varied data into information; good process analysis and problem-solving skills and excellent written, verbal and presentation (including advanced PowerPoint) communication skills.
  • Overall experience of Ten years or above preferably in the Asset Management and Capital Markets industry
  • Knowledge of financial markets, macro-economic environment, theory, trends, tools and strategies
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management, client reporting, sales and service support operations
  • Experience in supporting Sales team and handling client relationship management tools in maintaining client relationship data.
  • Experience in handling client service requests – regular and ad-hoc (Reports, Materials, etc.)
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Technical knowledge about various products and strategies – Fixed Income, Equities, Multi Asset and Alternatives
