We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Pricing Operations.

In this role, you will: 

• Establishing a robust and comprehensive ongoing control and operating environment model for these processes, to ensure delivery of high-quality market data to consumers
• Delivering analysis and expertise on, Investment data and Data Management Platform, Asset Data Store and Aladdin.
• Delivery of daily BAU tasks with no backlogs. Delivery of audit requirements and governance standards for market data and ongoing maintenance of these
• Ensure there are no material errors with no financial impact on the firm. Encourages and champion the importance of a positive end customer experience, recognising the wider importance of Markets Operations, contributing to a controlled and efficient end to end operational model.
• Understanding of asset management enterprise data & associated processes, systems, controls, and deliverables. Delivery of all new projects within timelines provided by senior management.
• Deliver fair outcomes for our end users and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets. Accountable for managing client escalations & issues for all Pricing Market Data clients across APAC/EMEA.
• Support the existing Market Data Management team & improve the existing framework to make it more robust. Enable an effective communication channel with clients across APAC/EMEA.
• Ensure client feedback is shared with the operations team, where appropriate and follow through to closure on any actions required. All client queries/issues/complaints are owned, and resolution is communicated with full details in a timely manner.

To be successful, you will:

• An experienced manager in a strong client focus environment and operational processes
• Ability & experience to manage significant escalations and thrive under pressure
• A positive self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Experience of establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with Clients, management & colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Evidence of making sound decisions in a complex operational environment
• Strong knowledge on Aladin system
• Exposure to projects and an understanding of process mapping and process re-engineering
• Exposure to Multiple vendor systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters & other vendor systems.
