We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager Trust Service Officer

In this role, you will:

  • Assists Probate Services to deliver compliant trust / estate administration services to client accounts efficiently and professionally.
  • Assists Team Head in implementing strategies and policies of the company to achieve the business objectives daily operations of client and trustee payments
  • To prepare annual clients’ accounts, regular schedules or ad-hoc reports etc.To update account data under Net Value Asset system, handle workflows, cash/securities reconciliation etc.
  • Assist in daily operations of Central Billing, including issuing debit note, maintaining fee scale & fee charging trust and billing & collection process.
  • Assist in fee reports preparation, including monthly fee variance analysis, aging report, bad debt provision and quarterly Good and Service Tax return.
  • Assist in financial audit (interim & year-end) and system audit.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing relating to software enhancements and upgrades. Ensure proper compliance of policies and guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure high quality and accurate service is provided to Relationship Management Teams.

To be successful you will:

  • Degree holder with major in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant discipline.
  • Qualified accountant will be an advantage and Experience of 4-7 years is required
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting policies, strong operations and workflow capabilities.
  • Fluent communication skills in English. Strong skills in MS office - Power Point, Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills abilities to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business and technical domain knowledge.
