We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager Operations - Credit Analysis Unit 

In this role, you will:

  • Review of funds’ credit limit requirements, undertaking appropriate analysis and preparation of proposals
  • Support the respective queue assigned in meeting deliverables and agreed SLA.
  • Monitor fund onboarding and request completion within the agreed SLA with exceptional quality adherence.
  • Timely receipt of updated fund NAV monitoring records.
  • Interact extensively with Relationship Managers, Client Managers and other Senior Executives onshore as part of the above activities.
  • Ensure that all work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets the required high-quality standard.
  • Support regulatory related projects along with the BAU work.

To be successful, you will:

 

  • Post Graduation in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent. Additional qualifications include Certification from NSE (NCFM Modules) on Mutual Funds, Derivatives, Stock Markets, etc. will be an added advantage.
  • Read & understand Mutual Fund prospectuses especially from a Credit Risk perspective.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of the financial sector in an environment that changes frequently.
  • Develop strong understanding about data structures and impact for funds.
  • Support remediation activity with high levels of quality and productivity.
  • Develop keen understanding about the data published and understand the MI requirements for the team.
  • Basic Knowledge of FX, Derivatives and other Treasury Products is a must.
  • Must have a clear understanding of the Credit Risk aspect of Treasury products.
  • Understand financial principles and concepts, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
