We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant manager Client Reporting.

 

In this role, you will be: 

  • The role requires close co-ordination with both the wider Global Data Management function and the Global Client Reporting function.
  • Assisting with data cleansing and population activities for migrations of accounts onto tool as per the migration plan
  • Supporting ongoing maintenance of security data within tool as per the operating model
  • Supporting production of Standard Valuation Pack, Transaction, Valuation, Performance summary and other manual reports as per the operating model
  • Documenting and updating desk procedures
  • Communication of management information, such as performance against deadlines and issue resolution progress, to appropriate stakeholders in Client Reporting
  • Maintain HSBC internal standards, as set by the global Client Reporting team
  • Answer ad hoc queries related
  • Able to fix the issues noticed in the report

 

To be successful you will be:

  • Post Graduate / Graduate degree holder with 3-5 years of experience in Finance services (essential)
  • Sound knowledge on Asset Management
  • Knowledge & experience of working on any reporting tool is a desirable
  • Ability to understand the content in the reports incl. various ratios, securities classifications, etc.
  • Proven experience of working with external vendors (TPAs) such as Bloomberg, Reuters is desirable
  • Good background knowledge of financial markets, instruments & their reporting is essential
