We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager Individual Contributor - Professional Servicing
In this role, you will:
- Ensure that the productivity and quality levels are achieved as per process and CoE targets for staff access and system changes maintained on digital channels.
- Provide service to internal staff by focusing on resolving requests efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
- Demonstrate knowledge of features, benefits and procedures and take initiative to review daily process updates.
- To maintain HSBC internal and external control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
- The nature of the role means that much of the jobholders’ interaction is with teams in various locations globally. Will be required to communicate via emails, Chats and conference calls, which are often the main methods of communication, and as such, it is necessary for the jobholder to be very proficient in these forms of communication and be able to effectively manage meetings and activities remotely.
- Proactively escalate to the Line Management for any issues that would impact service delivery or potential loss to the bank.
- Ensure that the process requirements are met, adhered to, completed in accordance with established procedures and standards set.
- Work well independently; complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.
To be successful you will:
- Excellent communication skills – Verbal and written
- High focus on proactiveness and ownership for tasks assigned
- Ability to multi-task, depending on the criticality of the tasks
- Self-motivated and should be able to work under minimal supervision
- Good team player
- Fast typing skills
- Basic understanding of computers/laptops
