We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager - Control Tower.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts.
  • Coordinate with scheduling and real-time monitoring team for optimization of service level agreements.
  • Closely monitoring the Forecast Accuracy, shrinkage, occupancy, and other assumptions.
  • Generate and automate performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy and recommend/Implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with operations for leaves, training, offline activity & cross skill optimization. Participate & Contribute to Long term , Mid-term capacity planning.
  • Analyzing & Recommending mitigation plans to concern team. Maintain and update workforce management databases and system accuracy.

To be successful you will:

  • SQL, HTML and Python
  • Looker Studio & data analytics. Need to possess bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent analytical, Microsoft Excel, and reporting skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines even under critical circumstances.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities across teams
  • Analyzing & Recommending mitigation plans to concern team.
