We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Senior,  Data Analytics

In this role, you will: 

  • Own end-to-end solutioning: problem framing, hypothesis design, data strategy, modelling approach, experimentation, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Research and devise innovative Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms for given problems; evaluate trade-offs across accuracy, interpretability, latency, cost, and operational constraints.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of models, analyses, and insights; ensure adherence to compliance framework for policies, data, systems etc. as per group, region, and local standards.
  • Understand business issues and context, develop frameworks for solving unstructured problems, and articulate clear, actionable, analytics-driven solutions to senior stakeholders.

To be successful you will:

  • 8-10 Years of work experience in data science building enterprise level solutions, including leading delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms; Working knowledge of Supervised Learning, Adversarial Learning and Unsupervised Learning
  • Deep analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders; effective interpersonal and influencing skills.  
  • Ability to balance and handle multiple concurrent tasks and/or issues simultaneously.
