We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Asset Management Wealth Academy Manager
In this role, you will be :
- Analyse: Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and gaps within the markets we support, prioritising and scaling up as required.
- Design and Develop: Create tailored Wealth and Investment learning content that aligns with International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) training requirements and Asset Management commercial priorities.
- Deliver: Implement engaging training sessions and workshops that effectively meet the needs of our clients and customers.
- ‘Train the trainer’: Provide the Local AM Sales team with relevant knowledge and content, upskilling session so they can deliver F2F training sessions in markets..
- Evaluate: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary.
- Market Research: Stay updated with external market trends and insights, particularly regarding various asset classes, investment strategies, and economic indicators.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer-centric performance and drive beneficial change within the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives and market needs.
- Work with Learning and Development to collaborate where required, for the delivery of agreed Investment learning content to relevant frontline sales channels
- Support with campaign / product training requirements to bring commercial outcomes into training content.
To be successful you will be:
- You’re able to effectively use analytics / Market Intelligence to identify issues and enhance outcomes
- Qualifications: Post Graduation / MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute; investment certifications preferred.
- Experience: 6+ years in the Asset Management and Capital Markets industry, with at least 3 years in Sales Management, coaching, and distribution support
- You’ve had experience in Coaching / training delivery and ability to adapt delivery style to capture and inspire different audience
- Experience working in a global, matrix organisation, substantial front line business development and distribution experience preferred
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic environments, and investment products, including
