We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Alternatives Product Delivery Manager 

 

In this role, you will be:

  • Work with the Product Development and Management teams to deliver new Alternative products and product management projects in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Provide ownership for the project and be responsible for the delivery of key Alternative initiatives.
  • Responsible for creating project timelines and critical deliverables and ensuring that all parties meet the agreed deadlines.
  • Responsible for the mechanics of the product launch process.
  • Seek efficiencies in the process in order to improve the timeliness of delivery.
  • Present and facilitate review and approval of new products with the Board.
  • Establish global best practice for product delivery from a technical and governance perspective.
  • Help increase local expertise in the delivery of Alternative products.
  • Ensure that new products, product features and associated documentation meet our Frontier Investment Management(FIM) standards.
  • Awareness of the Operational Risk scenario associated with the role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations.

 

To be successful you will be :

  • Ability to demonstrate significant previous project management and product delivery experience at an established asset manager.
  • Specific knowledge of the Alternatives space would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulatory landscape and some understanding of sustainability risk would be advantageous.
  • Self-starter, who takes ownership, works with minimal supervision and can deliver the right solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to communicate with impact.
  • Ability to build on cross border relationships with various stakeholders and use skills gained from working in different jurisdictions.
