We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP - Digital Innovation and Transformation

In this role, you will be:

• Lead end-to-end automation solution design across Robotic Process Automation, workflow automation, low-code apps, and analytics automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation architectures. Design reusable components and frameworks.

• Develop and deploy automation solutions using: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robotic Enterprise Framework, queues, triggers)
• Alteryx (Designer workflows, macros, automation scheduling), Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization, Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.

• Support automation governance framework (intake, prioritization, documentation standards) and Contribute to reusable libraries and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and citizen developers and Support Dev/Test/Prod deployment lifecycle.

• Engage with operations and business teams to identify automation opportunities. And Conduct feasibility and ROI assessments.

• Identify opportunities for Intelligent Document Processing, AI Builder / GenAI integration, Process mining
• Analytics-led automation using Alteryx, Drive adoption of new features within Power Platform and UiPath ecosystem.

To be successful you will:

• 8-10 + years overall , with 4-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) industry preferably in Asset management.
• Bachelor’s in Technology (B.Tech) and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years hands-on experience in RPA / Intelligent Automation.
• The role will be responsible for designing, conducting technical feasibility, developing, and scaling automation solutions using Power Platform, UiPath, and Alteryx, good knowledge of Appian work-flows and driving enterprise-grade automation across business functions.
