We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP Alternatives Reporting
In this role, you will be:
- Responsible for managing the production of end-to-end reporting for the various asset classes like Private Equity, Infrastructure Debt, Direct Real Estate, Venture Capital, Direct Lending syndicates etc.
- Calculate and produce investment performance and conduct periodic valuation analysis
- Good to have in-depth knowledge of various asset classes, fund structures and limited partnership agreements.
- Ability to analyse fund performance for various alternative assets like private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and infrastructure debt for reports.
- Co-ordinate with various administrators and investment managers to collate data to meet fund reporting timelines.
- Calculate fund multiples and Internal Rate of Returns using cash flows and perform various fund analytics such as attribution and value creation analysis.
- Motivate and inspire team members to perform their best and upskill the team members by providing training and guidance.
- Answer ad hoc queries related to fund performance and benchmarks.
To be successful you will:
- Post Graduate degree holder with 10+ yrs of experience in Performance Analysis, Attribution & Reporting function.
- Proven ability to work accurately within tight deadlines and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. High level of flexibility required.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical skills and flexibility/willingness to adapt to changes in demand is a must.
