We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP, Digital Innovation and Transformation
In this role, you will be:
- Lead end-to-end process discovery (workshops, interviews, shadowing) to map current-state processes, pain points, risks, and control gaps.
- Identify and quantify automation opportunities (time saved, error reduction, risk/control uplift), building a prioritised pipeline and business cases.
- Define target-state processes and solution options, partnering with Automation/Engineering to validate feasibility and approach.
- Produce high-quality analysis artefacts: process maps (Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN/Visio), user stories, acceptance criteria, functional/non-functional requirements, data requirements, and test scenarios.
- Support delivery through the lifecycle: backlog refinement, sprint support, User acceptance testing(UAT) planning/execution, change impacts, and benefits tracking.
- Collaborate with Operations, Investment teams, Risk/Compliance, and Technology to ensure solutions meet governance, auditability, and regulatory expectations.
- Promote standardisation and re-use (templates, process patterns, controls-by-design) across Asset Management operations.
To be successful you will:
- 8+ years’ Business Analysis experience, ideally within Asset Management, Wealth, Banking Operations.
- Strong process discovery and process re-engineering capability; able to articulate “art of possible” and challenge existing ways of working constructively.
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technology; confident facilitating workshops and driving decisions.
- Experience working in Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
- Working knowledge of automation and workflow tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps), Appian, Alteryx, or
- Degree or equivalent experience; BTech, MBA. BA certifications (e.g., IIBA/BCS) are a plus.
