We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director- eTrading Quantitative Research & Analytics (FX/Rates eRisk)

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct thorough Quantitative Research on Pricing & Risk Management for the eRisk Franchise
  • Provide high level sophisticated solutions for Quantitative support in the development of Analytics & Business Intelligence for Global FX Spot, STIRs & EM Rates. The role involves using tick by tick data and maintain process related to testing of analytics & accuracy of the data used.
  • Ensure expert Quantitative Development support in strategic platform specific improvement and efficient maintenance utilizing advanced Python & KDB technologies.
  • Ensure Automating & Maintaining various Business Intelligence Reports & MI for top level management in GFX & EM Rates Business.
  • Leading Teams focused on Specific Product or Business area; Own and maintain a long-term BOW for the team; Participate and lead the team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit.
  • Support achievement of team objectives & participate in in development of cohesive teams; Contribute to the creation of a supportive work environment driven by people centric values.
  • Build professional relationships with colleagues in other areas; Bringing in Thought leadership in terms of new & innovative ideas to improve our pricing & risk management algo’s
  • Be a mentor to new joiners, run training & learning programs for the team to cohesively develop talent.

To be successful you will -

  • 8+ Years of Experience in eTrading Domain focusing on any Asset Class (Equities/FX/Rates), Bachelors, Masters or PHD in Maths/Statistics/Engineering/Data Science from Tier 1 Institutes.
  • Strong Understanding of Quantitative Framework for eTrading Franchise; Rates Curve Modelling, Market Microstructure for FX & Rates Products; Derivative products and its Pricing & Valuations; Machine Learning techniques.
  • Strong Knowledge of statistical learning and data-mining technics; script programming languages (Python), database query languages (Q/KDB, SQL)
  • Exposure to Web Development using Python; JavaScript & CSS; Object Oriented Programming Language (C++/Java).
  • As part of the eRisk Team also have an additional responsibility of collaborating with the larger Voice Trading business in order to deliver various Quantitative Analytics, Pricing & Risk Management Research & Business Intelligence reports to trading & top-level management within the Asset Class cutting through all products within FX, Emerging Market Rates & Commodities.
