In this role, you will:
- Partner with the business effectively to drive data driven decisions and generate value.
- Good understanding of business domain, functional goals, and the required technical expertise
- Owns delivery of high quality analytical solutions for the business stakeholders across one of more regions
- Stakeholder management & communication: Confident partnering with product/business stakeholders, shaping requirements, managing expectations, and presenting insights to senior audiences.
- Ownership: Proactive, able to work with minimal guidance, prioritise effectively, and drive work to completion.
- The jobholder will continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
To be successful you will:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed university with specialization in numerical discipline and concentration in computer science, information systems or other engineering specializations.
- Experience of working within Unsecured Lending, in a role such as Product Manager, Finance, Analytics or Credit Risk
- Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyse them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework. Experience on working on Data/Information Management projects of varying complexities.
- Collaborate with partners across business groups, evaluate emerging techniques that may contribute to existing analytical capabilities and computational models
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
- Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager including onshore business partners
