We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role CAO Sr. Associate 

Role Purpose

The role of the GSC Mexico CAO Sr. Associate has primarily responsibility to provide insightful MI to drive senior leadership strategic decision makinghrough the effective utilization of GSC Mexico entity key reporting, manage local, regional  and global requirements, monitor vendor relationship performance and coordinate governance and risk topics to ensure the integration and improve coordination to strategically align those tasks with the broader objectives of the entity.

 

The job holder will also provide oversight to GSC Mexico Third Party Manger and CAO Analyst, and acts as the CAO Deputy for the GSC.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Diligent management and follow up of diverse topics, acting at all times with ethic, transparency and with a very developed customer/stakeholder attention perspective.
  • Acts as a centralized  focal point for one or more different GSC Mexico needs to optimize services, outcomes  and solutions.
  • Attends local, regional and global requirements ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Oversight to GSC Mexico Third Party Manger and CAO Analyst functions promoting continuos improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Coordinate GSC Mexico governance and risk topics to ensure global alignment and fulfillment of expectations.

Principal Accountabilities: 

  • Act as the relationship manager and focal point to support GSC Mexico entity requirements at Local, Regional and Global level representing the GSC Mexico CAO team.
  • Manage and address GSC Mexico needs from an innovation and strategic perspective, including Tecnoparque and Guadalajara car parking management.
  • Monitor the performance of  GSC Mexico Third Party Manger and CAO Analyst functions to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Provide specific expertise to follow up, oversee, explain, present and  mobilize GSC Mexico administrative topics as well as supporting  the GSC Mexico CAO and Center Director with specific ad-hoc requirements.
  • Responsible for execution of innovation initiatives within the team.
  • Ensure GSC Mexico entity Governance and Risk topics are  supported and executed properly.
  • Create executive GSC Mexico presentations/views to show  historical evolution, current state  and future expectations to Senior Management.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • Network developer: Excellent relationship management and influencing skills based on leadership at different levels of Seniority within our organization.
  • Willing and able to analyze complex issues and identify / assess the long-term, strategic implications for the GSC Mexico and its customers.
  • Strong administration experience supported by management capabilities to planning, organizing  and distribute complex information. Skilled to challenge and explain results.
  • Communication – the ability to communicate complex issues concisely either in Spanish and English (spoken and written) with ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively.
  • Experience and understanding in order to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively.
  • Project management skill (certification is a plus).
  • Strong collaboration and networking abilities to effectively work with other colleagues and departments within the entity.
  • Complies with the entity’s code of conduct, ethics, and stance on bribery.
  • High degree of drive and motivation – to ensure delivery of objectives in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
