Joining our Marketing and Communications team, it’s a big job to deliver engaging and high performing customer communications for our HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man, and HSBC Expat customers.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the customer, experienced in working in a dynamic environment, flexing priorities to fit business objectives with a desire to deliver high quality customer comms and marketing campaigns.
Our International, Wealth and Personal banking business provides products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, savings, investments and wealth management. We also have specialized relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high and ultra high net worth clients.
You’ll work closely with Data & Analytics and business stakeholders to develop customer communications plans, The working with external agencies and internal teams, you’ll create compelling content and campaigns that drives great customer and business outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Setting and shaping customer communications strategy, working cross-functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders and agencies/suppliers to drive a customer centric approach.
- Overseeing and implementing effective communications governance that enables the delivery of timely, cost-effective, and compliant customer focused communications.
- Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of regulatory/servicing communications plans across multiple channels including email, direct mail, SMS, digital etc.
- Executing marketing projects and campaigns to help drive sales within agreed timescales, budget and quality to achieve the desired outcomes and measure performance.
- Produce detailed post implementation reviews to make sure that learnings are incorporated into future activity to create continuous improvement based on marketing insights and results.

- Demonstrate experience in creating and deploying comprehensive communications plans which consistently deliver desired results against KPIs.
