About the business area

 

The Group Chief Operations Office drives operations performance standards, service excellence, and consistency across the Group and our Global Service Centres (GSCs). This central team oversees areas such as business intelligence, cost management, reporting, billing and regulatory compliance. In addition, through its GSC Capabilities team, it’s responsible for enterprise-wide workforce management, location strategy, future skills, and group common services (AI, automation, and other strategic initiatives).

What you’ll do

 

Over this two-year programme, you’ll rotate and explore different parts of our organisation, build a strong network, and make an impact from day one – seeing how the Group Chief Operating Office simplifies operations, and drives transformation through data led insights, to deliver a world-class service to our customers and colleagues globally.

Eligibility Criteria

 

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards 
  • Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent, as shown on your official university transcript/degree certificate)
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years of full-time job experience, or will you have graduated by July 2027
  • We will consider candidates that require visa sponsorship for this role
