- Develop analysis and coding skills.
- Learn about investment research, portfolio construction and management.
- Gain an understanding of asset classes, HSBC products, and hedge funds.
- Build your confidence in engaging with others at all levels, while collaborating with your team to deliver on client needs and business objectives.
- Research and present investment opportunities, market trends, and industry insights.
- Manage your own workload while contributing to team goals.
- Get curious and develop creative solutions when challenges arise.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, you must:
- Be available to work full time for 10 weeks commencing June 2027
- Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent, as shown on your official university transcript/degree certificate)
- Be fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage
- Expected to graduate between November 2027 and July 2028
