Who you are

You’re someone who wants to go beyond the surface and understand the real story behind the numbers. Naturally curious, you enjoy exploring challenges from every angle and finding smart, effective solutions.

  • Relationship-driven: You value building connections and know this builds trust and credibility.
  • A clear communicator: Skilled at tailoring your message so it’s clear and accessible to any audience.
  • Reflective: You regularly look back on your work to find ways to improve and grow.

What you’ll do

Here’s a snapshot of what you could work on:

  • Working with data: Analyse complex financial information to guide high-impact decisions.
  • Making things more efficient: Improve how we report and share data using the latest tools in digital, AI, and automation.
  • Bringing coding to life: Use Python to visualise data, explore trends, and support decision-making with large datasets.
  • Exploring treasury functions: Learn how we manage interest rate risk, liquidity, capital, and recovery strategies.
  • Turning insight into action: Combine data and trends into clear recommendations for teams across the business.

This two-year graduate programme is designed to give you a deep understanding, hands-on experience across multiple areas, and recognised industry qualifications.
Here’s what’s included:
